I have never gotten a raise EVER, not even in line with inflation, god I wish I had a job but after treating me like shit and the only one left working there for 9 years without shit to show for it I handed in my keys and fucking walked, I'm so embarresed about it though I haven't even told my parents, they still think I'm working there, just hope my savings are enough to get through the rest of the year untill I find a job or one of my older uncles or gran passes, sorry gran. :(

I can confirm zoomers are less willing to work. One of my former jobs that was a government job there were literal wagies as young as 30 complaining (im in my 20s), minimum of 1 irate, that interviewee's were blowing off interviews. Such as 10+ candidate's not showing up. Funny considering
