Binance.US is verifying retail customers right now to the point that you can withdrawal $1million USD per day. Does Binance believe the next bull market will turn everyone here into multi-millionaires?

I mean, they hope their potential customers will believe it.
They're trying to get people to sign up.
Planting a seed of potentially becoming rich, even if they think it's unlikely/impossible, lures in customers and makes them money.

In fact I'd suspect they're more likely to be dangling this "make millions" in front of potential customers if they think it's NOT going to happen, rather than if they actually thought it possible.
