The window next to pilots on SOME jets DO open, they're emergency exits. But PHYSICS makes it extremely hard to open them at 30,000 feet, and the pressure differential will kill passengers and crew quickly. You also wouldn't be able to hang outside of the window like that at over 300 mph, you'd get sucked out or have your spine snapped.
There are stories of what happens when the windows in jets get blown out, in flight. They're treated as emergencies. Nobody is taking selfies out of jet windows at flight speeds. You wouldn't even be able to hold the phone with the wind - it would get sucked out of your hand and right into the engine.

BTW, in both shots posted? THE FANS ON THE ENGINES AREN'T TURNING.
