also, look at how little posts are here and look how little interest there is on places like leddit and just twitter/youtube in general... interest has died off. retail investors were in during 2017, they're not in now. the overwhelming majority of institutional investors aren't playing with bitcoin at all, and i personally know of one who is shorting the shit out of bitcoin since it hit 18k. institutional investors would have to suddenly have a change of heart pump it up on their own accord to get a higher high than $20k and drag retail investors back in.
