Coinbase doesn't have the wide variety compared to other exchanges. Personally I like the Bithumb exchange and have been using both Global and Korea.

It's possible but Bithumb Korea is well known for its KRW pairing that drives most if not all the volume on the exchange. Bithumb Global doesn't have the KRW pairing but if they expand can definitely see a USD fiat gateway in the future.
