Botox, laser treatment, chemical peels, invisalign? If so, yes. Investing in yourself is one of the reasons women don't need to have a personality or skill in order to be successful. Once you've made it and you can get perfect white straight teeth, acne cleared up, laser the scars, get /fit/, you become the chad. Get fit first. You can't workout normally for 3-4 months after surgery so it's better if you are already fit.

I’m in great shape vitals wise muscle tone everything but I carry about 30lbs extra that no amount of work or diet gets rid of, found out my Thyroid is fucked couple years back, so it makes sense.

Not to mention how many times surgeries go wrong and amount of pain you have to endure. I know if you get a nose surgery you have a long cotton ball stuffed in your nose, you will be bleeding for days, your eyes will look like you got punched in the face, you won't be able to sleep on your back and will have to sit up like you're on a plane for days, then if something goes wrong, well...

To be fair I fear that the general fix of just placing an implant there will end up looking and feeling like I just got a stress ball inside.
Meanwhile the probably better option involves throwing tens of thousands of dollars, a 2 year prep time wearing braces, more or less, cutting through your bone and sliding it placing some titanium pins that may or may not be removed to secure everything in place plus other several months of fucking brackets.
Even if we took the money out of the equation, the braces part is a bit of a turnoff specially if you have been wearing all sorts of orthodontics through your entire teenage years.
