As far as I can tell hbp seems solely reliant on link because link has more capital, but I was wondering what the technological significance was (if any) with hpb supplying link with there fpga chips.

2nd question because i come more from a trading background....not crypto background but I love learning about the tech behind it...one of my buds mentioned it to me...but the way I see it hpb is a failed ico. So if link absorbs hpb does hpb's coin go to shit and boost links coin or if link doesn't absorb hpb does hpbs coin go up? 9 times out of 10 when a larger company absorbs a smaller company like a penny stock....it's the penny stock that goes to shit when it becomes a subsidiary of that company. Is this the same or different?
