The bigger ones would want to see a network working securely with traffic and sums of money before jumping in, but instead we haven't even seen meme crypto companies using it and the doors wide open to swift just making their own oracle network now.

mainnet came out in june. smart contracts are still 1-2 years away from adoption. any oldfag knew that link was a long term hodl from the start.

they aren't struggling at all. they are the industry standard. do none of you remember 2018? when we had almost no announcements? now we have serious new developments every week. please tell me a better oracle solution to invest in and i will; too bad it doesn't exist. the oracle problem is one of the most valuable in the entire crypto space, regardless of what you think of chainlink. they simply have NO competition.

at the end of the day, all it takes one adopter to blow out the competition for the rest to come rushing in. take it from an oldfag, have some patience marine.

sure there wasnt any announcements in 2018, which is why it was low in value, now its just low in value with lots of announcements. dont get me wrong, im up in value; but a 4-5x investment on something with huge potential to be a scam, being banned, or classified as an unregulated security is not a great return on what is now believed to be the industry standard for its field and endorsed by multiple fortune 500 companies

again, you're most likely a newfag if you're saying this. short term price action is not indicative of long term success or underlying fundamentals. sell if you want. ETH as one example bled out for 12 months straight after its first taste of pumps.
the chances of chainlink being a scam is laughable at this point. they are the most anti-hype project in crypto. they've raised no red flags that you see your average pajeet/chink team has.

and as for short term price action, it has largely fallen due to BTC. BTC is still king whether you like it or not. no amount of announcements will make us pump through constant red dildo dumps from BTC.
