Is it normal to see nightmares of a place you used to work in years ago?

worked in a warehouse for 4 days, 2 days a week 9 hours a day. It was so exausting and it was winter so it was freezing. Literally had to go to the toliet for a 15min sleep. Quit after 4 days of working there, how do people do this 5 days a week and not quit first thing?

I worked at a soundproof panel factory years ago.
The ambient temperature inside would be over 100F and ambulances having to be called for heat strokes were a common sight. My job was running a machine that never worked properly and I had to use my fingers to push the clips in the rest of the way, of which doing so thousands of times in a row will result in very sore fingers. Occasionally the machine would fuck up entirely and I had to stand and wait for the maintenance guy to show up as my backlog of parts grew and eventually the line would get shut down. On fridays I got a break from this machine and instead had to work another machine that involved me peeling a large plastic backing off of an adhesive mat, and 98% of the time I would be rewarded with a powerful static shock once I touched anything. This would also go on thousands of times and I think this might have been literal torture. I opted into a program where they pay half of the cost if you buy something exercise related so I ended up working there for 4 months waiting on them to pay the other half of my squat rack and weights. I quit 3 days after I got the check.

For a few years afterwards I'd have occasional nightmares and start feeling anxious if I so much as thought of that place or happened to be in one like it. Everyone in there was there due to absolute necessity (child support, etc) and they were all either alcoholics, hopped up on pain medication, or just plain drug addicts.
All for $10.50 a hour.

Had an office job for two weeks, hated it for multiple reasons. Had to force myself to stay awake while working or talking to former supervisor as my body kept trying to fall asleep. After each blink it was difficult to keep my eyes open. Couldnt even focus my eyes too well. Fairly sure my former supervisor noticed that my eyes werent focus and likely darting around as I tried to stay focused.
