Anyone here try being a real estate agent? I currently have a decent entry level job as a pricing analyst in a good industry but I hate the whole office culture of it all. If I start doing real estate on the side could it eventually be lucrative enough to quit my job if I'm not retarded?

I got my license 6 months ago. I have a 30 hour per week main job and I'm doing RE on the weekends.

IDK so far mediocre, I've had some meetings but no sales. Biggest issue I'm struggling with is fucking everyone here has a license. So as soon as I start talking about it with people they tell me their best friend is a realtor so i can fuck off.

But IDK there's a guy in our office who made $200k his first year. I have no fucking idea how.
