I have a bonus that is 42% of my PNL after costs.
I can realistically make about 20- 100k bonus and get a 65k base anyway.

Still if i make it big I get a big fat bonus. If i lose i dont pay. So my incentives are on gambling. The strategy itself is not scalable anymore.

This makes me want to put bigger and bigger gambles, that still look like real trades/positions.

So far its hasnt worked out and I am in the red for the year. What to do....
