App has been in a closed beta phase for a few weeks. It’s working but it’s not using the real RSV that has all the bells and whistles of a legitimate stablecoin. This is the next step in the process but they needed to have an App so they could get the word out and start testing. This is why “App delay” is fud, app can’t be delayed since it’s already being used and more or less working as a centralized ecosystem. It’s what RSD was meant to do, but they skipped RSD because they figured they didn’t really need it for this step. Now for the next few months they’ll work on RSV and work on getting RSR listed on exchanges before EOY so it’s ready for mainnet RSV implementation.
