ive worked in all sorts of environments and the one where i had to do physical labour (lifting shit, shovelling shit) was so physically and mentally rewarding

its a shame i couldnt get a permanent role there. Now i work in security

2 year trade degree here. I'm at my first job ever and making $40 an hour, $60 overtime, $80 if I work a seventh day in a row. I lift with my brain and the heaviest tool i carry is maybe 2 pounds (if you count the case!)
I will easily clear 100k at my first job and it's all uphill from here. Just don't choose a brainlet trade and you'll do great.
