So Reserve is a bit like makerDAO, where they want you to give some tokenized assets in return for their stablecoin.

But what happens if a whale buys some RSV, loses his key/dies?
Then the supply of RSV drops by 5% but noone knows that, sot he price of RSV will rise because theres less in circulation, so they will have to mint more RSR to keep the price back down?
