Some people rent garb apartments like this. And that's not a bad idea if you converter to buildings out of this. Invested 20. Slumlord it. Get 550 a rebate. After expenses say you make 275 on the low each. It's 6.6k a year. Maybe pull 66000 in 10 years. And perhaps really adjust in favor during that time you could dump it for more then paid.
