What makes physical crypto wallets so good?
I'm looking into them and it looks like you have to connect them to a fucking browser plugin to work, how is that at all secure?

Your private key (aka long-ass wallet password) never leaves the hardware device. Therefore it cannot be haxxed.
The browser plugin can be verified as trusted by comparing the addresses it is sending to with the address displayed on your hardware wallet screen.
