I remember waging at a grocery store as a teen. When I turned 18 they started making me do everything since I always did it right, this included cleaning bathrooms, which usually wasn’t really too bad. But when someone dropped a clump of fecal death mud in the urinal, I looked the managers in the eye and told them if they wanted it cleaned they’d have to make the retard do it. I will never clean up shit, piss, blood, vomit etc. for a shitty part time job.

Back in the army a prapor used to organize cleanup. He disliked me and always made me clean the bowls and unclog the showers. Little did he know, back in uni I had done, what I prefer to call in my resume as "working with animals".
I.e. doing operations, taking samples, making poor creatures bleed, decapitating them, cutting out specific brain regions from newborns. I was surprised to learn how brilliantly those skills transferred to toilet scrubbing.
In the lab noone wants to cut animals, cos they are repulsed by it. But when you look at it, it is pretty easy, if you turn off your disgust. As a bonus, everyone consider themselves in debt to you, when all you did is just cut a hare ear after rubbing irritants into it.
Scrubbing poop is just like that. It is really easy, if you have little disgust. Just a cakewalk. You rinse and wipe it, and get bonus pity points from others.
Funny how I am quite squemish in daily life. I dont let anyone eat from my plate or take smt with their fork from a common bowl. I take baths each morning and am clean shaved. I clean my ears multiple times a day and keep an ear cleaner stick in my pocket. I dont trust handdriers and always carry a kerchief. If I need to take out a splinter, I douse the forceps in ethanol and flame it.

Id be actually glad to take a toilet attendant job, if it paid well. And if that dude is doing his $15 an hr in merica he is just being unprofessional. I been to army, I graduated in stem, it is my 2nd yr after graduation, I have a responsible job full of unique requirements and still do less than $15 and live with parents.
A job is a job and you took it voluntarily. You dont want to scrub it - quit and go look for a better place. There are plenty of immigrants willing to take your sinecure
