I worked at the east coast, we had a separation lately, where they put all the workers who have no issue at all with each other in one department, and all the social shit show in another.
We had witchy wemen, an indian guy who is clearly gay, some chinese guys who always talked about some chinese soap opera.
BUT we got stuff done.
The other department was the one where they sit around for hours discussing "design flows" and stuff. I'm ok with "them", because they go back and forth on the gritty details, then we have 15 minutes interaction for 2-3 times a week and then they go back up one floor.
Spending hours in meetings discussing how they can get some native american indian woman help with her issues (she drinks at work).
I can't even understand why a corp would finance this kind of stuff, but it doesn't matter to me.

That's not a corporate thing, that's a "room full of graduates from liberal colleges" thing.

I work for a software vendor that mostly trains its technical staff. We source talent locally and don't care about work or education history, if you can pass the aptitude test and survive the culling of the training program, then you've got what it takes to be a junior developer and learn the ropes until you can become a full salaried employee. It's a long road that takes 2+ years, but if you can hang in there and apply yourself to learn things.. we've had people from a wide variety of backgrounds become very talented developers with enough years of experience. The company gives you a training budget which some people use to go back to school to finish their degrees (we get a lot of people who had to drop out of CS programs for financial reasons, ex-military people, etc).

Point being, less than half our technical people have college degrees. I'd say the company is mostly liberal, given the cities our offices are in, but we have a surprising number of conservatives due to how many former military people we have, plus people from small towns who couldn't afford school. This diversity cancer culture is horrible.

In 2017 I started looking for work after I finished a degree. At this time diversity, inclusion and general hatred of white men was popular. You know how hard it is to find a job as a white man with a white name.

Got rejected multiple times because I wasn't a transgender Muslim monkey fish frog with social anxiety and OCD.

From then on I know working would be hard because of this, so I figured out the stock market and loaded up on crypto and started a business.
This is my advice for all you biztards so when you're time comes you can reject these monkey fish frogs and hire based on merit.

I relish the day when the Australian market crashes. A depression is likely and I will be stroking my cock at the unemployment figures over those who get fired from these "progressive" companies and government departments who are partially responsible for the crash.

I live in a liberal city, but all of this crazy shit we see on the internet is real. Even at my Christian college, we literally did white privilage exercises in class and probably 30% of my professors were unhinged lunatics pushing progressive shit down our throats for 4 years straight.

Even in the business program you had lunatics pushing crazy stuff down your throat. Same at all of my jobs, all unhinged feminists and progressive co-workers. I mean not all, but a noticable enough always causing trouble. This shit isn't "not happening", a lot of it is definitely happening.
