Before, people threw money into anything with a white paper. THe next phase of the bubble speculation is speculating on things people are actually using. This includes ETH, LINK, BTC, anything with smart contracts. All of these things are primed to explode in the next year or two.

New ICOs are never going to moon like they used to. People will wait to hear the name touted by actual forces in the market like google/oracle/etc.
