Sure my boss inherited his money and he was a fat clueless pig. I made a lot of money for him with no contribution from him except his connections to his golf buddies. He was still the only one who gave me a chance even though I had no formal education or real experience. The things I did for him look good enough on a CV that I can get a job anywhere I want in the world. It was unfair but it worked to create products and prosperity for everyone involved.
