Even if BTCUSD dumps, we're not full bear until we get under the 200 SMA and stay under. Right now, we could drop down to 8000 and still be in a macro bull market. If you prefer the 1d 200 EMA, we can get down to around 8600 without violating the bull trend. If we get under this level, and can't get back over on a bounce, that's when you should adjust your strategies to have a bearish bias.
