It’s hard when your family doesn’t have a decent living in the first place. As I grew older I had to help with my mother debt, as well as my own. Hell, it’s why I joined the military. If anything happens to me, at least they get one hell of a life insurance policy. I’m working on it though, and getting there.

Also, I would’ve never been able to go to school if it wasn’t for the GI Bill. It’s not a cure all solution, but it’s definitely a start.
