Does anyone on here own any businesses? I'm thinking about buying a small weed dispensary with see money I have saved up and taking out a business loan. Any advice?

No, 90% of /biz/ are NEETs or Low rank wagecucks with all their savings invested in cryptocurrencies

I doubt any bank would give you a loan for this kind of activity, because taking loans and investing all savings in a marijuana dispensary is nuts.

Why, isnt a dispensary like any kind of business? If he actually makes its homework with a business plan, the bank may accept it, depending on his plan and the market (which i have no idea about, not a burger)

If it weren’t riskier than other normal businesses, it wouldn’t be more lucrative

I’m not a burger either and a pronouncement of my country’s State Court is menacing to wipe off cannabis dispensaries
People don’t know what to do because implementing this sentence would mean closing all shops overnight after the government has granted them a license
Most banks don’t even let you open a checkng account if you have a dispensary, plus there’s the risk of robberies (much cash in hand, you are around addicts all day long)

It isn't hard at all. Location is the biggest thing you have to worry about. You want a large sign and a decently sized front room, with a comfy waiting area for people pre-ID check.

1. Get 'em in and get 'em out.
2. Allow for virtue-signalling through up-sells.
3. Respect seasonal-whores. (Pumpkin spice everything, etc.)
4. Reggae music. Or at least punk/ska.
5. Tiered pricing (tier-1-4) with color-coded labels, NOT per-strain prices.
6. Always keep a high-THC cheap strain in tier-1 for your addicts between paychecks.

Good luck stoneyfren :D

Ive worked at recreational shops. Lots of weed and cash is what the nogs want. In an area thats over 80% white the only trouble was from nogs, suprised? Never succusseful, maybe steal some nug or uselessly bash a security door at night.

Never put more than 3 products out at once to show customers. Nog hustle has you grabbing and showing multiple products that they swipe as you turn your back.
