Bros I need help, my life is terribly unorganized. Seems like every "solution" I find to this just makes things more complicated. How do you simply organize your life?

1. make your bed every morning
2. ALWAYS keep a clean desk, apart from what you are working on, ALWAYS. when you are done with / pausing a certain topic, get it OFF your desk.
3. use folders to organise your work.

I do gym personally, that's my meditation. Really helps with mental clarity.
