Depends on what you want to do. I make pretty shit money but I have a full-time job as a graphic designer and get to make cool projects all the time. Graphic design is one of the safer options for artists. You could go in that direction and try to specialize in something more valuable than photoshop (ie 3d modeling or animation) to get better jobs.

Selling art has never been a good way to make money man. You have to appeal to the (((masses) or have (((connections))) that are willing to give you credit from my understanding. I have a wage cuck office job and trade crypto/ sell weed to make money on the side and strictly focus on art as my hobby/passion/life mission. Currently grinding to take a few years out of the wage cage and thrust myself into developing my skills and possibly making it in the art world. If not I can always fall back on wage cucking. Even if I don’t make it in Art the satisfaction I get from the few times I create something I truly like is one of the best feelings in the world watching a decade of blood, sweat and frustration materialized in front of you from your own hands/mind. Sometimes other people in my city are even inspired by it and that too is a feeling normal people will probably never know.
