So if I’m reading correctly, PSD2 for the banks is moving forward on September 14th across Europe, but the SCA part of it for retailers will be delayed? Meaning that the new standard of APIs has to start but the 2Factor Security part of it is delayed to give retailers and payment processors more time to implement the system?
