It's not Chainlink because they just represented the debt issuance as an ERC-20 token and then exchanged it for another ERC-20 token representing cash.
So basically it was an ETH to ETH trade, but a precursor to the "real thing" which would actually require Chainlink to function. In any case it's proof that banks are starting to test these structures. Between this and the ISDA release you can see that fintech is really starting to make this a reality.

What do you mean "not the real thing"? It's literally a real $20MM 1-year bond. Why would you need an oracle for something like this if it was just pulling a date from like a smart contract going down by a timer of 12 months, and doing the coupon/principal/etc payments?
