Can someone help me with this problem I'm having on Excel? I have this conditional formatting set up to turn the cell black if the value is lower than 20 as an integer or 15 as a percentage (just to get the values out of the way). The problem is that when I enter 13 as a percentage in one of these formatted cells, it's just coming out as 50% when I hit enter. Anyone know how to fix this?
