I get that sentiment. A lot of these articles tend to attack men, as it's more socially acceptable to mock men's insecurities. You will never see an article asking "Are woman worth a fucking hassle anymore?" Or if it does, it'll make bloody sure to focus on faults of men.

I believe men are undergoing a lot of issues these days, but whether or not more men are struggling, compared to the past, is hard to measure, because it's hard to define what "struggling" is, and I'm unsure if there are many records kept for several decades on metrics which can be used to monitor "struggle". Ignore articles like this though. It's the equivalent of "have sex, incel"

Nah, shitty women and shitty marriage laws are hurting their marriage prospects. I have plenty of money and the idea of marrying some cute chick from a good family with a good head on her shoulders, starting a family of our own and going through the rest of life together is appealing right up until I start thinking about it less romantically and more objectively. There's a couple factors at play and you could probably mathematically model them to show why marriage in the U.S. at least is objectively a bad decision, but the big interaction is the more I have at stake financially the higher the standards I have to have with regards to who I will be willing to marry.

As divorce and marriage increase in expense the quality of women needs to increase at least equally in proportion...The total opposite has occurred. Women have generally gotten shittier and marriage success rates are still overall pretty damn low with minimal reward compared to just dating a girl and having kids with her. In order to get men to crack open their bank accounts for most of these chicks running around, you need to either starve men of pussy to the point of desperation or you need to basically drop the penalty for marriage not working out.
