You will be able to convert tokens into shares in the company in a few months. VI-D buys coins back and burns them, but their marketing material indicated this is done to prop the price up. Major listing imminent is also done for ""liquidity"" reasons. The combination of these three facts makes this a security token, which SEC will not allow. Binance US will not carry this token, Coinbase sure as hell won't, and IDEX already forbids people in New York from trading at all.

Whales are not using VPN because if their account is flagged (having too much money) they will be required to do KYC and if they fail it their account gets liquidated for going against the terms of service. Chainlink wouldn't have reached $5 or even $3 if it required a VPN for purchase.
