You don't, accept the fact that you'll never buy the absolute bottom or sell the absolute top and move on. After the coinbase pump I tried "buying the bottom" a few times with my paychecks only for it to tumble down further. The best way I can figure is a combination of looking at moving averages and resistance levels. This combined with general market sentiment (are normies still interested, is there anything on the horizon for this coin, what gives it ACTUAL VALUE. etc)
