A lawyer in the country where it's signed. The filming is in international waters though so that's a tricky point. It might be better to have it done by a lawyer in the Cayman Islands and have them sign in international waters so that jurisdiction is less murky.

I'm broke, so no investment yet but I can hook up sound and video. Most of my skills lie in networking, basic scripting and programming. I can create websites, but I think everyone can now.
