This is the correct thread.
BSV will be the true ethrum killer and also king of coinmarketcap 2019
Do you not think that the Craig Wright team has not been working hard? Guess what? It has

what we have here is an opportunity of gold. a great possible victory if you might think
have you ever looked at a token or coin and thought to yourself that you would have purchased it if it was early btc? i know what it feels like to buy the early stuff - i am a big holder myself actually
and when i look at craig and do my own research into him, he is definitely the maker of btc
all of the signs are there for him to be the true mind behind the excllent product. so if you had this hope in the past, you may wish to consider what you have not been paying attention to up until this time
me? i am all in
if you are smart you will be also
.
And always remember, as Craig says:
Get in BSV
The real BTC!

Let us all celebrate now

your fantasy that BTC will dump is moot for two reasons:

>2. Ira will market sell 500k BTC instead of going OTC

sv only exists because bitcoin miners are rather benevolent. just imagine a miner like btc.com or f2pool filling the blocks to limit with junk (for free) saturating the blokchain with absolute garbage until it burns through the hdd warehouses of amazon to run a full node.

>Did somebody ever ask him why btc doesn't scale
It did scale just fine, but Blockstream convinced the bitcoin community that it didn't and everyone who opposed them got orchestrated. Among them was Gavin and Satoshi. The reason they did this and kept the 2mb block limit was so they could deploy Lightning Network, which they have a patent on, and collect fees through big LN hubs. Yes, that's right, LN will only work with BIG centralized hubs, just like the banking system we have today.

Greg Maxwell, CEO of Blockstream, was one of the key players in the social manipulation using dozens of sock puppet accounts on reddit and twitter to make it seem as the consensus was to follow Blockstream

A good amount of monero on the blockstream heads should unlock the btc block size.

>Why no btc whale just orders greg to die in a "accident"?
Because it's too late to turn btc into a big block chain. BSV already has that throne and when the public understand what's going on, BTC will get rekt. No BTC whale wants that. They want the shift in public opinion to take as long as possible so they can extract as much value from BTC as possible to inject in BSV or just $

>Because it's too late to turn btc into a big block chain.
nobody wants that, small block for btc just not so small. we should be at 4mb blocks right now, this bullshit about segwit is just an excuse.

Small blocks = small ammount of tx per block = high fee per tx to keep miners incentivized to mine = less people use it because it's expensive = miners leaving the chain because unprofitable = dead chain

It's that simple, but it seems only bsv understand that the economic incentives are the most important aspect in bitcoin and that only a large tx volume can keep up the incentives after the next reward halvings.
Miner revenue is the only thing that keeps a chain alive and in BTC this is only going down, while in BSV it goes up. What do you think happens when they intersect?

>> No.15490518

>>15490474
we will see how your math pans out. but again, you can't just force this issue. allowing blocks to grow organically with underlying infrastructure and demand is best. not going full retard like sv.

BSV has been proven not to work (see chainsplits) and BCH doesn't even work with bigger blocks. It's as if BSV/BCH losers are trying to download more RAM... Scaling needs to be exponential (i.e. lightning / sidechains), not linear (i.e. 2mb to 4mb to 8mb blocks)

Because they're weak and incapable of rooting out bad actors.

Say what you will about CSW, but Greg is a provably toxic and fraudulent person.

"My opinion of this user is that he is a very dangerous individual whose edits speak for themselves. Full of sarcasm, threats, rude insults, impersonations of an admin, not to mention massive disprect of other users and blanking of user pages. I'm all about forgiving, but this is banable behavior. If further incidents occur, a ban would be warranted."

>> No.15490827

"A higher limit can be phased in once we have actual use closer to the limit and make sure it's working OK.

Eventually when we have client-only implementations, the block chain size won't matter much. Until then, while all users still have to download the entire block chain to start, it's nice if we can keep it down to a reasonable size.

With very high transaction volume, network nodes would consolidate and there would be more pooled mining and GPU farms, and users would run client-only. With dev work on optimising and parallelising, it can keep scaling up.

Whatever the current capacity of the software is, it automatically grows at the rate of Moore's Law, about 60% per year." Satoshi 2010

i'm reasonably sure you don't need to keep an entire block in memory to validate it... just stream the fucker... both hashing and processing transactions should work. if a single transaction exceeds your ram, that might get tricky but should still be workable.
