I have experience in that particular market and know a lot of people that are active in selling gold bonds, ETF's etc..

1. Thinking about whether or not to make it an "exclusive sale" for just that particular market and let them provide the documents before they can anticipate in this private sell..

2. Thinking about setting up the minimum amount to participate
