Why not do this? 100 govt cryptos = 10 ounce of silver = 1 ounce of gold. All govt cryptos are based on the amount of gold/silver reserves a country has.

There's probably about 8 times more gold above ground than there is silver currently.
Besides, we don't need a crypto.
Just give us the gold and silver and if you want to buy things online you can buy a gift card/pre-paid card.
