If go with the trezor. I have both, I'm on my second ledger cause the fucking update bricked it. So I had to buy ANOTHER ledger to recover my shit so I could move it to the trezor kek. I have it split between the two, so I don't get fucked too hard when the inevitable vulnerability comes up for one or the other.
Also neither works very well with myethwallet but both work well with mycrypto
