you said they're mostly black so i assume probably teenagers to early 20 somethings
tell them to get into artist management all you have to do is be the go between for artists and whoever wants to do business with them
flipping shoes. tell them to do high fashion shoes like rick owens, raf, gucci, vetements whatever
sell shout outs of their businesses/profiles on your instagram story, never your actual instagram page you'd lose credibility
tell them to do youtube reviews of shit and monetize their videos
tell them to start an instagram page telling other people what side hustles they should do
