Maybe I'm taking the bait but
>Only the Paranoid Survive
I've read a few reviews of this, seems like a really good addition to the work of Michael E. Porter.
There's a very important lesson in there about complacency, as a small startup you can use that to topple the industry stalwarts, as an industry stalwart you need to carefully manage cataclysmic changes simply to survive, and if you do survive you may be bigger than ever.

>Same Side Selling
Basically puts forward the idea that rather than trying to just make the closest all costs, you should put yourself in the client's shoes and anticipate their needs.
The more and more literature I read about selling and salesmanship the more and more I realize it's basically an information game, the more you know about the client, the better your line of questioning, the more you know about their needs or business or industry, the more sales you can make.

>Influence (Cialdini)
Charlie Munger recommends this. If you've already read How to Win Friends... then move onto this, it's a great manual on persuasion, if Same Side Selling or The Challenger gives you a philosophy and theory on selling, this book gives you the person-to-person techniques.

>Financial Management Theory and Practice
Apparently this is the bible on Financial Management, any anons can confirm this?
