I don't speculate about price action but I don't expect major news from Web3. I don't see what there is to announce. Serg confirmed Microsoft last talk so it's not like he's going to suddenly make a big song and dance about that. Anything SWIFT/gpi LINK related isn't going to come out at Web3. All that really leaves is an ETH2.0 default integration but that really doesn't strike me as ETH's style to close off competition in the oracle space by handing it to one entity before they even launch.
So unless it's some completely left field shit like another major acquisition, all I'm expecting him to say is "New node operators, new hires, more development, growing ecosystem, build on Chainlink" etc.
