Is there a simple formula for writing covered calls that are statistically the most likely to expire just barely OTM? Do I have to learn “the Greeks”? What is the best exp date for a very liquid ETF like SPY or QQQ?

Sorry, I moved everything from crypto to boomer securities recently and am new to these instruments.
