invest in ZBIO, it is an ETF that is negatively triple weighted against biotech stocks. I bought at 14.67, now its at over 15.00. But why should you do this? Because biotech stocks have terrible beta, have value due to speculation rather than dividends or an excellent p/e. In a recession, many of these biotech companies will run out of money before they are able to bring anything to market.

This particular ETF essentially sells put contracts, contract that give the owner the right to sell at a certain price. So the more biotech stock drops, the greater the increase.

I encourage you to look into this. My entire portfolio is built around taking small, 2/3/4/5% losses regularly, and whenever something happens and the market plunges, I make massive gains.
