People will end up having hundreds and maybe thousands of shitcoins to manage and we will constantly have to track all of them.

Its already happening now if you look at dapps coins. ETH EOS steem TRX NEO. Basically what happens is everyone and their grandmother creates coins and dapps for god knows what reason and some dapps will gain traction more than others. Every social media page, every game you play, ever dapp you use, every exchange.

It will flood the market in a way that makes it fucking stupid to a point of insanity. Taxes will end up having to be fully automated otherwise literally nobody is going to bother to go through the trouble of figuring it all out. Gold and silver will end up just looking like yet another shitcoin in the wide sea of shitcoins. BTC dominance will be staggered because of the complete shit storm that will flood the open market. The average zoomer will have to make some kind of word up for the coin techno stress that will happen as a result.

This. And even if the money appears on their account after a few days, it takes 2 to 3 months for the transaction to be "confirmed" (as in being irreversible, no longer subject to chargebacks).

if you put any kind of trust into your customers, you dont need to wait 10 min for a transaction to be confirmed (or an hour for 6)
furthermore, any company could theoretically set up insurance for transactions that fail to confirm
