>threatens that he won't hesitate to fire and replace us in a heartbeat if we're ever that late again
>says we're supposed to have a contingency plan for getting to work on time that accommodates for these "unforeseen forces of nature"

This fucking enrages me. I'm supposed to leave an extra hour early for now on??? I'm fed up with this wage-cucking bullshit. My good goy points built up over a year and a half were deemed moot because some asshole couldn't drive responsibly. I hope he fucking died in that wreck or is disfigured for life. And fuck my manager too. I'm also never arriving 15 minutes early anymore.

Legit look for another job. I couldn't imagine having to deal with that, ever. There are plenty of jobs with good managers who will treat you well, why work one where you have someone who doesn't respect you or treat you with kindness?

He's clearly not someone who will invest any time into helping you grow or achieve your personal goals, so why waste your time in this role at all?

I would love to get another job. But it's hard to leave this one because not only are the pay and bennies pretty good, but most other related job descriptions for similar jobs ask for a continuous, uninterrupted employment history. This is my 3rd job in 3 years and I feel so lucky that I they hired me despite my job jumping history
