Have you found any applications that you personally have actually utilized?
I work for a Silicon Valley company, however I live in Norway and work from my home.
They do pay in crypto though, and unlike a wire transfer which can take days, ETH is almost instant. Now most of my expenditures has to be paid in fiat so I have to cash out in the end but it’s still much faster and cheaper than having to transfer it from bank to banks or even using PayPal where the latter have absolute shit exchange rate
