well this market move because of several things
> 1 bots
> 2 market maker looking to pump or dump the price to liquidates longs and shorts
> 3 whales

all 3 of them like to draw theses kind of patterns to maximize the effect of their actions
it's much easier to dump if the price is being kept under a moving average for example, and if there's no moving average you can create these triangles by moving big buy and sell orders closer and closer
it's extremely obvious on binance because the books are so thin
