You can buy fractions of a Bitcoin but the thing nobody talks about is the fact that you need 1 whole Bitcoin if you want to sell. Think about it why would millionaires or companies want to own anything but a whole number of Bitcoins? If you can't afford 1 right now don't even bother.

If you buy a whole bit coin you have to pay interest on it. What I would do in your situation is fractional bit coin invest until you have a whole coin. Then start investing in Monero since you can use the dividends it pays (anonymously) to hide your interest payments on bit coin.
