So lets discuss.

The roadmap says that RSV will launch this quarter but RSR wont be apart of the collateral backing until 2020*. So we should expect any significant price movement until RSR is collateral in 2020. A new exchange listing could give us a pump or dump but it will not be significant compared to what is about to come.

Once RSR is backing RSV and mainnet is launched, also in 2020.. first we will have to deal with any early investors/venture capitalist dumping. Their coins will unlock when we get to mainnet, and some may dump. Then, imho, its nothing but up. Because then, RSR will only be burned to buy RSV when RSV is over $1.
Assuming RSV (the stable coin) is $1 when it launches, it would take ~333 RSR to trade for 1 RSV. If we have adoption (lets say $100k volume per day) by then and RSV is over $1, that would be 33.33M RSR burned per day that RSV is over $1.
You can see how we can easily burn through that total supply and raise the RSR price high to $10 or beyond

Thats just my take and thinking of today. Lets discuss.

Honestly, i have been concerned that the $10 RSR is a typo in the whitepaper and is supposed to say $1. I would still be very happy with $1 RSR but i just want to know if it is a typo. So, I have been trying to frame questions in a way to the admins on telegram that doesn't just flat out ask about the $10 but subtlety answers my question.

Today I asked
“The white paper says when the vault level assets depreciate and RSR is over $10, the vault manager prints new RSR to raise the vault level. How does the protocol raise the vault level if RSR is not over $10? The white paper doesn't give an alternate method?”

You could hold it on Huobi but i wouldn't. I dont really trust China and if they EVER ask for a KYC your screwed. You will have to send them ID and when they see USA your account is probably done. If your not in USA no worries. If your a little more tech savvy you could use IDEX...but if not i wouldnt

Embarrassed. It's been a long day. RSV pairs indeed. I spoke with a reserve team member on linkedin, they are responsive. They said there's some really exciting announcement(s) coming and I'm guessing that's why they are so silent. From a fundamental perspective, we've yet to see how they handle press releases and announcements. If they're aggressive with it then we're golden, and you can expect people to fomo the fuck into this sometime this year. This project can't be fudded. It's funny watching people try. Further speculation -- the PayPal/Coinbase/Peter thiel connection is such a wildcard it's crazy to think what kind of partnerships all of their introductions can develop. Also they are getting huge demand for listing on top exchanges but can't until the huobi exclusive listing expires (my guess is September)

The app launch in Venezuela any day now should be a good break out. I couldn't care any less about the social impact RSV may make, the key to watch out for is makerdao levels of adoption and awareness which is absolutely inevitable. That's what will get RSR to $1+ even before it's being actively burned. Nevin mentioned in some of his videos that they are pushing for maximum awareness and adoption of RSV/RSD so we can assume they will be marketing it actively.

Could be the case, definitely. I don't suspect it is, otherwise they wouldn't have announced the launch of the app with a time frame. Usually it's the app store/play store that delays the launch cuz they hate crypto. Any delay could cause a temporary pivot and that could be a blessing in disguise as well. Any news is good news when it's this early in the project. (Early in terms of public launch, they've been in stealth mode since 2017.

I know I won't be able to hold to $5 without selling any, so I increased my stack (crazy not to at the current price) to give me room to sell on the way up. My current thinking is to sell 20% of the stack at $1, $3, $5, $9, then hold the last 20% for staking rewards.
