Ties to the IMF, World Bank
"Level playing field" being used in congress and television.

David Schwartz himself said that the price of xrp needs to rise significantly to aid in their goals.
One can only assume they're trying their best to keep it low until?

On speculation alone, price went over $3.00.

Ripple the company makes money off of licensing their products. Otherwise yeah, they'd just dump it all until it runs out.
Their game is adoption.
it's been said that in order to make it look stable, in this volatile market. price suppression has been practiced.
after certain regulatory clarity is official, one can expect the price to reflect actual value.
