the bogdanoff are selling their castle in Paris, 1.4 mil, who's interested?
it is a very mysterious place filled with dark energy, and it is really indicative that the housing bubble is going to crash very soon worldwide

A foot in the future, a foot in the past. If TV host and producer Igor Bogdanoff became known in the 1980s with his twin brother Grichka for their anticipation show "Time X", he was always fascinated by the Middle Ages. As he confided in 2009 to Laurent Petitguillaume in the show "Côté Maison" (see video below), he was born in Gascony and grew up in a fortress whose origins date back to 1030. And assuming that 'we always reproduce the categories of his childhood', Igor wanted to recreate in the middle of the 16th arrondissement south of Paris some of the rooms of the castle of Gers where he grew up.

According to Igor Bogdanov, the Parisian building where he took up residence dates back to the fifteenth or fourteenth century (for a wall at least) and served as a hunting lodge. Who was his rich owner? Mystery, but the master of the place does not fail to reveal the presence of fleur de lys, royal coat of arms, on the walls. Of the forests and the game of the surroundings, there remains today only a small garden, in exclusive enjoyment (without forgetting the wood of Boulogne, not very distant ...). Struck by civilization, the small pavilion is integrated into a condominium and surrounded by buildings.

A cellar for the stars
One thing is certain: Igor Bogdanoff has put a lot of himself in this house, currently on sale for 1.35 million euros through the real estate agency Property Premium. He went to the carpentry to install himself the impressive set of beams that he recovered in Poitou. A set well developed with nearly 4 meters high ceiling for the ground floor. Same thing for the monumental fireplace, arrived in spare parts and installed by the owner. A very gothico-medieval decoration between wood, stone and tapestries.
