So how do I learn? Im looking to start a business and realised I have no clue about the admin side and want to learn before I start the business so I don't look like an idiot when dealing with clients. So invoicing, bookkeeping and accounts, payroll, etc any advice would be much appreciated

hmm well of you want to do everything yourself, i would suggest downloading quickbooks, and whatever you are unsure of just youtube it. most things are quite easy to understand. noy sure what kind of business you want to run but the book keeping depends on that. may want to contact an accountant to start things off

It's pretty simple with software these days. Get the simplest one you can, it should autolink with your bank and everything to prove payments and clear A/R and self reconcille the bank. Or if you have time, get a low level admin AR or AP job. You'll learn what you need.

an accountant to start. hr can lay down the foundation and even teach you how to keep your books. follow his directions when it comes to evwrything book keeping. when your business does well enough eventually you can hire a book keeper / payroll administrator

Get a trial membership and take a deep dive into what it can do. You'll learn a lot just by reading their guides and creating a few mock invoices, etc. Import a recent bank statement to learn about reconcilliation, etc. None of its difficult.
